Welcome to PuzzleMyPet! By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

PuzzleMyPet (“we,” “us,” “our”) creates custom, made-to-order products using customer-provided images. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You must not upload or submit any content that:

1)you do not own or have rights to,

2)contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material,

3) infringes on any intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these guidelines.

3. Custom Artwork & Photo Uploads

You understand that custom products are created using the photo you upload.

Children’s Photos

To protect privacy, any uploaded images containing children will be converted into cartoon or illustrated-style artwork only.

We do not produce photorealistic images of minors.

This does not qualify as a defect or reason for cancellation.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order — including email address, shipping address, and image uploads.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

5. Product Colors & Appearance

Due to screen differences, colors may appear slightly different in person.

We make every effort to match your artwork closely but cannot guarantee exact color replication on printed items.

6. Order Processing & Cancellations

Custom artwork typically begins shortly after the order is placed.

For this reason:

1)Orders cannot be canceled once artwork creation has started.

2)Changes may not be possible after the order is in production.

7. Intellectual Property

1)You retain rights to your original photo.

2)The custom artwork we create remains PuzzleMyPet’s intellectual property.

3)You may use your purchased artwork for personal use.

4)Commercial use (selling, printing for resale, branding, etc.) requires written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and some products are fulfilled by third-party print partners. Their terms and policies also apply when necessary (such as shipping timelines or carrier delays).

9. Limitation of Liability

PuzzleMyPet is not liable for:

1)shipping delays outside our control,

2)lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation,

3)issues caused by low-quality or incorrect customer-uploaded photos,

4)minor variations in printed colors or materials.

 

 

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
