Shipping policy

At PuzzleMyPet, every product is custom-made just for you. Shipping times vary depending on the product type and production partner. Below is everything you need to know.

1. Processing Times

Because all items are created using your uploaded photo, processing time includes:

  • Artwork creation
  • Approval (if needed)
  • Printing and production

Typical processing time is:

  • Puzzles: 3–7 business days
  • Paint-by-numbers, canvas, posters, add-ons: 3–10 business days
  • Watch bands & other accessories: 3–7 business days

(Processing may be slightly longer during holidays.)

2. Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping costs and delivery options are displayed at checkout and determined automatically by our production partners (such as PrintKK).

Shipping times depend on the method you choose:

  • Standard: Typically 10-15business days
  • Expedited options vary by location and product

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Tracking

Once your item ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update.

4. Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@PuzzleMyPet.net — changes may not be possible once production begins.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or does not arrive:

1)Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date)

2)Provide photos of damage when applicable

We will work with our print partner to replace the item at no cost to you once verified.

6. International Orders

 

 

 

Some products may ship internationally depending on availability.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

 

 

 

7. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple product types, they may arrive in separate packages, depending on which fulfillment partner produces each item.
