💸 REFUND POLICY — PuzzleMyPet.net

Because PuzzleMyPet creates custom, made-to-order artwork and products using your uploaded photos, all sales are considered final once an order is placed.

However — we absolutely want you to LOVE your custom item, so here’s how we handle issues:

✔️1. Custom Product Policy (Non-Refundable)

All custom items (puzzles, paint-by-numbers, watch bands, canvas prints, posters, add-ons, etc.) are personalized with your pet’s photo.

Because they are made specifically for you, these items are:

Not eligible for refunds, returns, or cancellations.

🛠️2. If There’s a Problem With Your Order

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • printed incorrectly,
  • or the artwork does not match the proof we created…..

we will remake and resend your product at no cost to you.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.

 

 

 

📤 3. File Upload Requirements

You are responsible for uploading a clear photo that meets our quality guidelines.

 

If the uploaded image is too low-resolution or incompatible, we will contact you before starting the artwork.

Children’s Photos:

 

If your uploaded image includes a child, we will only create a cartoon-style version for privacy reasons.

 

This does not qualify as a product defect.

 

 

 

4. Order Changes

 

Because custom work begins shortly after you place an order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your artwork has started.

📦 5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and replace the order if it is confirmed lost.
