How does this work?

You upload a photo of your pet during checkout and describe what you might like (colors, hobbies, realistic, cartoon, themes, etc. I turn it into artwork, have you approve the artwork, then send it to my professional print partner to create your custom item.

What kind of photos work best?

Clear, well-lit photos with your pet facing the camera work great! If you’re unsure, upload your favorite — I’ll let you know if it’s usable.

Can you do cats, dogs, horses, birds, or other pets?

Yes! If it has a face, I can make a puzzle out of it.

How long does it take?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after the artwork is finalized. Then the shipping can take anywhere from 5-15 days, depending on the printing partner. Some items, like the paint by numbers may take a bit longer, because they have to assemble all of the needed paint colors. 

Will I see a proof first?

For most products, yes! If it's something that requires custom artwork, you will get proofs emailed to you to choose your favorite! 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because everything is custom-made, returns aren’t possible — but if there’s ever a quality issue, I’ll fix it ASAP.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. If you really really have an international shipping need, please fill out the contact form on the main menu, describe your situation, and I might be able to help. But the shipping costs will be different from the $4.99 for domestic shipping.

Do you offer add-on products?

Absolutely! From magnets to paint-by-number kits to diamond paintings — many fun extras are available when you create your custom item. You will see a dropdown menu with the available add-on items when you add an item to your cart.

Can you make puzzles from photos of multiple pets?

Yes — as long as the photo quality is high enough. See some examples on the Ideas and Inspiration tab.

What if my pet passed away?

I’m honored to create memorial artwork. Many customers choose a puzzle to remember their beloved companion.
